We believe a well-maintained vehicle will run better, last longer, have higher resale value, and save money in the long run.  We work to earn customers' ongoing loyalty through clear explanation of repairs.  No repairs are performed without customer authorization.

Labor Charges
Our technicians' time is billed out at competitive rates.  The total labor estimate is calculated by using either actual hours spent on the repair, referring to an industry approved labor time guide, or by a job package which includes parts and labor.

Parts
We use only high quality parts backed by a national warranty.  If requested, we will make available the part we replaced.
